My journey into a natural lifestyle began with my love for movement and performance. I’ve always loved sports like boxing and climbing, and over time, I developed a deep interest in exploring a wide range of movement practices. I believe that developing overall body awareness and functional capacity through varied, intentional movement is what creates the most capable bodies. That curiosity soon extended beyond training, leading me into the worlds of nutrition, sleep, and lifestyle habits that support recovery and overall wellbeing.
I was lucky early on to be introduced to a holistic, natural philosophy of health and wellbeing - one that honours our physical, spiritual, and social needs. It sparked a deep interest in bridging modern science with the ancestral ways of living that were once aligned with our needs, but are often lost in the modern world.
As I continued learning, the passion to share this with others grew. In early 2025, I became a personal trainer and later had the opportunity to become a certified Natlife Coach — a step that not only expanded my knowledge, but gave me the tools to help others reconnect with their natural selves.
Now based in Sydney, I offer coaching that blends strength and mobility training, movement exploration, breathwork, and lifestyle practices that help people feel better, move better, and live with more presence and purpose.
