“As a child growing up in a concrete village in Berkshire, I was my absolute happiest when running around barefoot in nature. Decades later and after a whole lot of learning, soul searching and personal growth, things have come full circle, and I’ve embraced the fact that being among nature and helping others experience the joys of a natural lifestyle is my calling. “
Though it was one I buried in my memory for a long time, I believe that my early experience being treated for clubfoot, strapped into restrictive boots, was what led me to seek freedom in whatever way I could find it – whether it was falling in with the wrong crowd and joyriding as a teenager, dabbling in drugs, or even joining the army for its promise of adventure.
But it wasn’t until, many years later, I discovered that freedom is to be found in nature – in embracing our natural state, in a way that’s compatible with modern living – that I began to experience genuine health and happiness. My mission is to share all that I’ve learned with as many people as possible, so that they can experience it too. I hope you’ll join me on this liberating journey.
