NATLIFEMOVE is a movement coaching system for reconnecting your clients with their innate ability to move well. NATLIFEMOVE will not only enable your clients to develop strong foundations and an incredible capacity to move well, it will also provide them with real world capabilities, coping mechanisms and resilience for the forever changing experience we call life. Be that the variables of their environments, their lifestyles or the shifts in dynamics that come perhaps from the inevitable ageing process.

Our understanding of quality movement and our capacity to perform complex movement effectively and efficiently is only as good as the quality of our foundational movement.

Through NATLIFEMOVE coaching, your clients will be able to access the full range of micro and macro motor skills that nature intended them to access, in order for them to fulfil the physical need of movement.

Through NATLIFEMOVE we get to reconnect with our senses and the forces that enable us to move our bodies in remarkable ways.

Through NATLIFEMOVE we can create the opportunity to unravel the normalized urbanite sedentary structure. We will explore how you too can get your clients back to accessing a full range of micro and macro motor skills that will help underpin their daily NATLIFECOACH practices of natural living.

At the NATLIFECOACH Level 1 Certification we will first look at how we’ve evolved to move and play and learn the more basic foundational skills of ground sitting, standing, crawling, hanging and balancing and how because of our modern lives of convenience these practices have become more difficult and inconvenient for ourselves, and how becoming divorced and disconnected from these fundamental skills only leads to long term inconvenience.

On the NATLIFECOACH level 2 certification you will develop a repertoire of more complex movement skills such as running, sprinting, lifting, jumping, climbing, wrestling and striking. We will also expand on the practices of group play and explore NATLIFEMOVE combos that will incorporate the more complex movement skills obtained through level 2.
